Prime Choice offers free shipping* on all purchases. Our 100,000 sq ft auto parts warehouse is conveniently located to provide cost-effective and competitive shipping rates to our customers.
Prime Choice is committed to getting the customer the parts they need quickly and efficiently. Our Canada wide warehouse distribution network ensures deliveries are processed rapidly.
We currently make deliveries within Canada through United Parcel Service (UPS), and Canada Post. Delivery times vary between 2-5 business days depending on your location. The suggested delivery arrival dates on the site are an estimate of the deliver arrival time and not a guarantee.
All shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our auto part warehouse puts forth every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, it does occur occasionally.
If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package; have the shipper immediately return it to the sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. Lastly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company.
*All purchases under $15 are charged a small handling fee due to the reality of there being an inherent cost associated with all purchases. As a true factory direct auto parts company we simply do not have the markup or margins to absorb the handling costs associated with lower valued orders.
